Concessions Rental Policy Agreement Party Squad Rentals LLC By renting concessions from Party Squad Rentals LLC, the renter agrees to the following terms: Reservation & Payment: All rentals must be reserved in advance. Reservations are confirmed only after payment and required documentation are received. Rentals are subject to availability. Delivery & Pickup: All rentals include a delivery fee. Delivery and setup are scheduled by Party Squad Rentals LLC. Customer pickup is available. The renter must provide clear and safe access to the setup location. Power Requirements: The renter must provide a dedicated, grounded electrical outlet within the required distance. Failure to provide adequate power may result in cancellation without refund. Operation & Supervision: The renter is responsible for proper operation and supervision unless staffing is provided by Party Squad Rentals LLC at an additional cost. If staffing is not provided, the renter assumes full responsibility for safe operation, cleanliness, and adherence to all instructions. Supplies & Consumables: Only approved supplies may be used. Popcorn kits, syrups, cups, bags, straws, or other consumables may be purchased separately or included in a package. Cleaning & Care: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with normal wear and tear excepted. All concessions are subject to a cleaning fee if returned excessively dirty or damaged. Damage, Loss & Liability: The renter is fully responsible for all equipment and liable for damage, loss, or theft. Party Squad Rentals LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by improper use or lack of supervision. Right of Refusal: Party Squad Rentals LLC may refuse service, cancel a rental, or remove equipment if policies are violated or conditions are unsafe. The renter acknowledges and agrees to all terms
