Draft Rental Safety & Care Waiver Rental equipment carries risks of injury. I will provide responsible adult supervision, follow all setup, operating, and safety instructions, and prevent misuse or unauthorized movement of equipment. I accept responsibility for the rental item and setup area while in my care. Before setup, I will clear the area and remove animal waste. I will return the rented item and site free of excessive dirt, debris, and animal waste. Cleaning or damage costs may be included in my invoice or rental agreement. For outdoor setup, I am responsible for contacting PA One Call/811 and having underground utilities marked before installation. I accept responsibility for unmarked underground utilities. By checking the agreement box and submitting my electronic signature, I confirm the information above and agree to these terms.
